The TNT Golden Backpack Awards Dinner was held at Shaka Zulu in London last week – the first time this regular Australian event has been hosted in the UK.
With more than 50 000 TNT readers’ votes counted, the awards are a brilliant indication of how customers feel about different service providers in the travel industry today. Categories included airlines, tour operators, hostels and road trip providers, amongst many others.
1st Contact was invited to attend as one of 5 finalists in the “Best Support Service” category – and are pleased to announce that they were voted the winner in this category!
Reg Bramford, CEO of the 1st Contact Group, believes the votes were due to a group effort and a collective dedication to service excellence.
