The SA Reserve Bank is monitoring international payments entering South Africa in an effort to combat money laundering. This reporting has slowed down payments; as a result, 1st Contact’s one working day service has been affected.
Please take heed of this notice and make an allowance for future payments to ensure that they clear timeously.
Standard service transfers are available and will clear within 2-3 working days.
In the meantime, we’ll be working with the banks to assist them with their reporting. The aim is to help them streamline the payments so that we can offer our one working day service again. We’ll keep you posted.
